  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, we sell through the online page. However, we have a studio located in Arangoiti, Bilbao, Spain, where you can go to see our products. Contact us for more information.
  • How often will you have stock?
    Our goal is to always have all wigs available. Availability will vary, depending on the model of the wig. Creating certain wigs takes a longer process than others.
  • What method is used for shipping?
    We work with DHL Express, in national and international territory. In this way you will obtain your precious wigs in the fastest and safest way possible. We also have the possibility of sending with other shipping companies.
  • I am an international customer (outside the European Union). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    Items shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and / or charges that are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or refunded by El Deseo de Lau. We are not responsible for any shipment delivery that may be affected by customs, natural events, strikes, or air and ground transportation delays once the package has left the European Union. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    No, but when you create an account, you become a VIP member of El Deseo de Lau and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list to receive exclusive offers.
  • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
