Returns
If there is a problem with the item received, a visible and demonstrable manufacturing defect, there is a period of 30 days to change it. We do not accept refunds.
Before proceeding with the return you must contact EL DESEO DE LAU by email: contact@eldeseodelau.com so that we can tell you the conditions and the way to proceed. Please contact us for the return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted for customized products.
No returns will be accepted if the item is damaged, used, stained, broken or altered in any way, the item must be in perfect condition.
Returned items must be sent by courier, registered post or any other traceable method of shipment. EL DESEO DE LAU is not responsible for any delays, losses, or location of packages in shipments not made by us.
EL DESEO DE LAU will not be responsible for non-compliance in the delivery of their products in case of breakage of stock or unavailability of the product, cases of force majeure, weather causes, disruption or strike of transport services, flood or fire.
Incidents
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.
Shipments will be made only to the address provided as "Delivery Address" when ordering. Please make sure that the details are correct and complete.
Shipments that are returned due to the negligence of the buyer (incomplete or wrong delivery address, etc.) will not be reshipped until the buyer has paid the shipping costs again.
All our items leave the warehouse with their packaging in perfect condition. If in the delivery you observe external damages, possible manipulation or something strange, make it clear and communicate it to us in a maximum of 24 hours sending a mail to contact@eldeseodelau.com attaching a photo of the product, this way the insurance of the courier company will take charge of the produced damages.
We cannot take responsibility for claims for damage or faults that are made more than 24 hours after delivery.
Warranty
The products have a warranty covering possible manufacturing and design defects for 30 days.
Color Disclaimer
Phone and computer screens are not adept at accurately representing colors. For this reason, please note that the color of your unit may vary slightly. We will do our best to provide accurate images of each product.
